The Worst type of Foods in the world!

There are many meals out there that, even though they taste good, are very very bad for you. While we can identify some of these foods on sight--most of the food you'll order at a fast food restaurant, for example, is quite enjoyable to eat but will do terrible things to your body and is made of far too many calories to even be considered healthy. But think about those meals that look like they need to be totally fine to eat? What about some of those food items that you just feed to your kids? In this article we are going to be looking at a few of the absolute worst type of foods that you could ever feed to yourself or other people in your family.



Macaroni and cheese, contrary to popular belief, is among the worst things that you can order. The make-on-your-own type that you can get, like Annie's or Kraft, is relatively acceptable but the kind you order in a restaurant is not. To work with one significant example: the macaroni and cheese supper for kids from the California Pizza Kitchen is incredibly unhealthy. This one particular food weighs in at more than a thousand calories, over sixteen hundred milligrams of sodium and just about forty grams of saturated fat! This is not even remotely healthy.

How often have you ordered some of those frozen pot pies through the grocery store? These look like quasi-healthy last minute foods but the truth is that they are loaded with unnecessary calories. Stouffer's pot pies, to apply one example, hold over eleven hundred calories, sixty grams of fat and almost eighteen hundred milligrams of sodium. If you're on a quest to get rid of weight, this solitary item could count for almost all of your daily calorie limit.

You are likely under the opinion that if you are going to get something from a sandwich shop, the vegetarian sandwich is your healthiest option, right? The real truth is that these sandwiches are frequently dressed with dressings and other condiments which contribute to making them just as unhealthy as a meat-based sandwich. The vegetarian sandwich you will be eating from Blimpies is full of a lot more than thirty five hundred milligrams of sodium, almost sixty grams of fat and almost twelve hundred calories.
